I recommend this company to everyone! I was unable to get help from a local company I had worked with for years. My veterinary office was so hot we could barley keep our patients cool. I called them and Shane came out within 40 mins, he provided me with an estimate and was out here first thing the next day with parts and fixed our AC! It was honest affordable service! They are now our new AC company who we will always recommend and call for help! SureTech has replaced several major components of our 16+ years old Trane HVAC system - including the blower fan, control board, and heat exchanger - and always has provided professional and prompt service. Most recently, Shane, our tech person, was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was doing, completed the job within the expected timeframe, tested the system to ensure everything functioned well and cleaned up the work area afterward. Our AC went out in the heat of the summer. I was able to set up an appointment for a next day service appt. Since we have had it for a long time, we figured they would say it needed to be replaced automatically.  Shane tested the AC, explaining each step of the way what he was finding.  He found the issue, replaced the part and got our house cooling quickly. Our Air conditioner was not working and Suretech was very timely in being able to come take a look and remedy the issue. Shane was really great to work with and very accommodating with my work schedule & went above and beyond. Everyone was helpful  from the office call to the repair. Price was very fair as well! Justin and Shane from SureTech installed our AC unit and furnace a few months ago and we couldn’t be happier. They were prompt, professional and the price was competitive. This past week we had a power outage on one of the hottest days this year and I couldn’t get the AC unit to operate. Shane was at our house the next morning and had it up and running within an hour. We highly recommend!
