SureTech has replaced several major components of our 16+ years old Trane HVAC system - including the blower fan, control board, and heat exchanger - and always has provided professional and prompt service. Most recently, Shane, our tech person, was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was doing, completed the job within the expected timeframe, tested the system to ensure everything functioned well and cleaned up the work area afterward. Since we have had it for a long time, we figured they would say it needed to be replaced automatically.  Shane tested the AC, explaining each step of the way what he was finding.  He found the issue, replaced the part and got our house cooling quickly.  Shane provided really exceptional service and it was so nice to have the mindset that things can be fixed, not just replaced.  We will be using them for our HVAC needs in the future!

They were prompt, professional and the price was competitive. This past week we had a power outage on one of the hottest days this year and I couldn’t get the AC unit to operate. Shane was at our house the next morning and had it up and running within an hour. We highly recommend!
