When we install a new AC system, it’s done to run reliably for years, not just get you through the next summer.
We stand behind our work with a 2-year labor warranty, so if something goes wrong within that time, both parts and labor are covered.
Most systems also come with a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty, and we’ll walk you through how that works. We can handle the registration for you or show you how to do it yourself.
24/7 Emergency Service Available. For an immediate need, please call (360) 305-3690.
Deciding whether to replace or repair your AC can be a tough call. If you’re not sure, we can take a look at your system, give you a second opinion, and quote both a repair and replacement so you can see what makes the most sense. We’ll also walk you through what we recommend and why. A lot of the time, it comes down to the condition of the system as a whole.
On older systems, fixing one part doesn’t always solve the problem. Another component can fail shortly after, especially if the system has already been wearing down.
Age and parts availability also play a role. Systems that are 15+ years old, especially older R22 units, can become more expensive to repair due to limited or outdated parts.
In many cases, we can still repair the system. But over time, repeated repairs can end up costing more than replacing it.

The cost of installing a new AC system can vary quite a bit. Every home is different, and each job can require a different amount of time, materials, and system setup.
The type of system also plays a big role. Cost will vary depending on the size of the unit, the brand you choose, and the efficiency level.
We know it can feel like a lot to sort through, so we keep the process simple.
We’ll come out, look at your home, and put together a custom estimate with a few options. We typically provide low, mid, and higher-end system choices, along with clear explanations of what you’re getting and why we recommend them.
If you’re more price-focused and want a solid, reliable system, we can quote that. If you’re looking for higher efficiency or top-performing equipment, we can show you those options as well.
Our goal is to make the process straightforward so you can choose what makes the most sense for your home and budget.
We’ll walk you through your options based on your home and what you’re trying to get out of the system. If you already have ductwork, sticking with a central AC system is usually the most straightforward. If you’ve got a room that doesn’t cool well, a ductless system or some ductwork adjustments might make more sense. In some cases, a heat pump is a good option if you want efficient heating and cooling in one system. We’ll also go over different equipment and brands, explain what we recommend and why, and if you have something specific in mind, we can look at that too.
We keep the process simple so you know exactly what to expect.
Call or request service online and we’ll set up a time to come take a look at your system and home.

We’ll walk you through a few system options based on your home and budget, and explain the differences so you can make an informed decision.
